Nelson Santiago is the Chief Learning & Inclusion Officer and Principal Consultant at LearningDNA. He is a globally recognized people development strategist and leader with over 20 years of experience. He has managed the Talent Development function and led multiple people development consulting projects in over 25 countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Prior to this role, he was the Vice President of People Development Services & DEIB at LeaningDNA, Global Director of Talent Development at BioAgilytix Labs, Master Trainer for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Learning and Performance Manager for the State of NC, and an officer/leadership instructor in the U.S. Coast Guard.

For over two decades his mission has been to create, promote, and foster global organizations’ effectiveness by developing their employees with diverse and engaging programs. He does this by creating a people-centric culture that provides training that is impactful, cost-effective, dynamic, and builds skills that enrich the organization. He believes change is purposeful. By creating a diverse culture that educates and develops employees, everyone wins. Whether it is onboarding new employees, up-skilling current employees, or enhancing the organizational culture, he knows how to do it fruitfully.

He is also a thought leader in Talent Development M&A integration, learning evaluation, career mobility, succession planning, and people development operations.
