Patrina Clark is a trusted advisor and resource to government leaders and executives. As the president of Pivotal Practices Consulting, she offers the following results-oriented, targeted solutions to clients:

 

- Leadership development and coaching, including 360 feedback assessments and workshops.

- Leadership performance management system, including a proprietary web-based goal-setting and close-out process.

- Organizational consulting (organization design, human capital strategy, workforce planning, change management consulting, competency models, employee development, and organization-wide engagement and inclusion strategies).

 

Patrina's well-decorated federal career (Meritorious Civilian Service Medal from the Department of Navy, Hammer Award from the National Partnership for Reinventing Government, and dozens of outstanding performance awards) in four federal agencies provide broad and deep expertise in public sector talent management and organizational leadership. She leverages this experience to deliver responsive, implementable solutions.

 

Patrina has completed graduate studies/programs at Harvard Business School, Cornell, Georgetown, George Washington University, University of Maryland (UMUC), and the Center for Creative Leadership. She is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Doctoral Program in Human and Organizational Learning at the George Washington University.

 

Patrina serves as Chair of the Board of Directors and the Human Resources Committee for the Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School.

 

Patrina also serves on the Board of Experts for the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce (USWCC).
