Sarah Siegel manages a team of premier learning designers at IBM to enable IBMers to learn to be more effective in their jobs. Sarah began her IBM career in 1996 as a web producer and has been delighted, no matter her varied roles since then, to watch the web grow, and to stretch it especially into social learning and 3D Internet since 2008. In May, 2012, Sarah earned her Master’s in Organization & Leadership with a specialization in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College of Columbia University while working full-time at IBM.
