What are your INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN HORROR STORIES in 2020?

This past week I shared it again with Alexander Salas on his Learning Halloween special Podcast.
Afterward I was struck by the fact that, in the age of CoVID-19 there are new horror stories, of different shapes and sizes.
It could be as simple as the Horror of having to present live safety training with a mask that keeps sliding down off your nose, or the complications of moving everything from Instructor Led training to Online training. Even that minor horror of having presented something really cool in a meeting just the way you wanted to, and then someone messages you that you are on mute.
