Best 360 Feedback Solutions

Hi all!  I'd love to get a discussion going around best 360 feedback solutions.  My company does not yet have a competency model, so I'm curious what recommendations you might have in light of that.  Our primary purpose is to develop self-awareness and help employees identify areas to improve.  I've explored The Leadership Challenge's LPI360+, Zenger Folkman's 360, Hogan 360, TTISuccess Insights' TriMetrix, Korn Ferry's Leadership Architect, The Leadership Circle, CultureAmp, Qualtrics, and CCL's Benchmark360.  


What have you used?  What made you choose that solution?

Hi Kyle - I've used Korn Ferry's competency modeling successfully in multiple organizations. Korn Ferry's FYI - For Your Improvement book has been updated to the 6th edition which condenses the competencies down to 38 rather than the previous 67. I don't have a lot of experience with others, but Korn Ferry is well known in this and has worked well for us. The support materials are great as well. Regarding 360 surveys, FranklinCovey has a good one that pairs well with its programs.
