Hi all! I'd love to get a discussion going around best 360 feedback solutions. My company does not yet have a competency model, so I'm curious what recommendations you might have in light of that. Our primary purpose is to develop self-awareness and help employees identify areas to improve. I've explored The Leadership Challenge's LPI360+, Zenger Folkman's 360, Hogan 360, TTISuccess Insights' TriMetrix, Korn Ferry's Leadership Architect, The Leadership Circle, CultureAmp, Qualtrics, and CCL's Benchmark360.
