We are getting ready to implement a new engagement survey. In the past we have implemented this "manually" with questions and forms we built internally. This year we are looking to engage with a vendor to help us gather more meaningful data, and then analyze and take relevant action over time. I would love to hear about your experience in working with vendors in this process. What are the important questions to ask this type of vendor? What do you wish you had known before implementing?
