I'm reaching out to see who is in the manufacturing/construction world using what LMS systems and what your return in on having an LMS? We are growing and I am looking for information to push for an LMS system.

Hello Nocona- I work in aircraft manufacturing. We use LMS365. The hardest part of using LMS is that our employee don’t have an assigned computer so they need to share. The LMS that you select needs to used on a mobile device not just a PC. Really think about how you deliver the training before purchasing anything. Make sure your IT has the infrastructure to support the LMS.
IF you are only looking for compliance training many of the training vendors also have platforms.
