HazCom Training for Service Industry

Hello! I find myself in charge of developing a training program for a service which doesn't use hazardous chemicals, but performs work at healthcare facilities that do.  I want to make sure the program is complaint with OSHA regulations and guidelines, but I am having a hard time finding resources to guide me.  Does anyone have experience doing this, or something similar? Or a resource I could use to compare my content to the regulations? Thank you in advance!
