The Association for Talent Development signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Personnel Management (MPM) of the Republic of Korea on December 14, reinforcing the importance of human resource management (HRM) in South Korea and ATD’s continued commitment to the global learning and talent development community.
