During recent months, many organizations have launched new DEI&B initiatives and expanded existing initiatives to educate employees about DEI&B concepts, skills, and policies. More than three-quarters (78 percent) of the organizations ATD surveyed in a recent research project reported offering DEI&B education to their workforces. This webcast will provide key benchmarking data from ATD’s recent research project to help you understand how other organizations are implementing and supporting their DEI&B education initiatives. It also seeks to answer this question: How can organizations design and deliver learning experiences that advance their DEI&B goals instead of just checking the box as a means of compliance or self-preservation?
