ATD Research Presents: Effective Evaluation

Although nearly all organizations evaluate their learning programs to some extent, fewer evaluate them successfully. Fifty percent of talent development professionals feel their organization’s learning evaluation efforts help them meet organizational learning goals, and 40 percent feel their learning evaluation efforts help them meet business goals.
