ATD Research Presents: The Future of Work

Organizations will be facing rapid change in the coming years. From artificial intelligence to automation, new technologies are predicted to create, change, or eliminate jobs—which is why being prepared for these changes is so important. This webcast will examine how talent development leaders are preparing their organizations for the future of work, defined as broad changes expected to impact the workforce in the next five years.

Drawing on research from ATD’s new research report The Future of Work: Technology, Predictions, and Preparing the Workforce, this webcast shares insights about the plans talent development leaders have made to ensure their organizations are future-ready.
