ATD’s Coaching Certificate

Since it takes a minimum of 4 to 6 months to learn to coach at the ICF ACC (Associated Certified Coach) level, the ATD's Coaching Certificate sounds like a good introduction to coaching course to get an idea of what coaching is and what it sounds like.

To be clear, this is not an ICF coaching certification program. Instead, it's a certificate program approved by International Coach Federation (ICF) for 8.5 CCUs and 3.75 RDUs.
