It's official: Millennials have surpassed the Baby Boomers as the largest living population in the United States. The good news? Millennials learn in a diverse and collaborative way that tends to spread across most generational neutral learning styles. As they increasingly enter and take over the workforce, it is up to instructors to adapt their way of training and capture Millennials' attention to bring traditional, boring instructional concepts to life.
