Connecting the V's! ATD's Research Triangle Area Chapter established a two-year strategic goal in January 2021 to rebrand the chapter's website and visual communication materials. Since then, the vice president of communications and vice president of marketing and social media have engaged volunteers to connect the chapter's mission and vision with the chapter's visual identity, with the primary objective being to enhance our overall member experience. In this session, you will learn about the value our chapter provides members by aligning its visual identity with its vision and mission. By dedicating effort towards this project, ATD's Research Triangle Area Chapter has increased its volunteer base as well as increased member engagement on its social media and website.
