"The focus on workplace DEI has become prominent in the wake of more visible events of racism, social injustice, and gender inequities. While most executives understand the importance and benefits of DEI, there is apprehension about addressing the E or equity topic. Does your organization foster an environment for DEI to grow and become a core value? Are you talking about the underlying systemic root causes for societal disparities? Are you equipped with the necessary resources and tools to address these issues?
