Engaging Moral Imagination: Reimagining Disrupted Organizations

Wednesday, December 1, 2021

Times of disruption often reveal competing organizational values that lead to divisive behaviors. Using moral imagination can help people transcend the differences. By learning how to harmonize competing values, identify shared beliefs, and agree upon behaviors, people can break the impasse and work together toward a reimagined shared vision. This session was presented at the ATD21 Conference, held @Home and @HQ, in Salt Lake City, on August 28 - September 1, 2021.
