Helping Leaders Embrace Change Through Coaching

Monday, February 4, 2019

According to recent research, more than three in four HR practitioners feel their organization is in a state of constant change. Furthermore, 85 percent of those individuals were able to cite at least one failed change initiative at their organization within the last two years. Both the human and the financial costs associated with a failed change initiative can stagger an organization, so why does it seem that organizational success is sometimes left to chance? This question prompted the International Coach Federation (ICF) to partner with the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2018 to conduct new research on how organizations navigate change. This webcast will identify how organizations have achieved strong coaching cultures and how such cultures might improve the likelihood that a leader will successfully implement a change management initiative. You will have an opportunity to explore the latest industry research on coaching and change management, and learn how high-performing organizations are leveraging various coaching modalities to ensure that their employees not only survive change, but become change leaders for their organizations.
