How to Ask Great Questions

Regardless of your role—as a chief learning officer, an instructional designer conducting a needs assessment, a trainer facilitating content in the classroom, an executive coach working with a leader, a manager supporting her team, or a performance consultant doing a front-end analysis—a critical skill is the ability to ask questions that open up insight. Telling or lecturing someone rarely builds understanding. Asking wise questions can promote critical awareness and generate the understanding necessary for success. This webcast will look at a range of question roles and scenarios as well as provide examples of powerful questions.
