An ATD chapter is a business, first and foremost, which makes its governance documents the framework that informs all decisions and can help the chapter avoid pitfalls. What information belongs in your bylaws, policies, and procedures? What's the difference between these? Are your chapter's position descriptions up to date? As a board member, what are your legal responsibilities? These questions and more will be answered in this session.
