After serving as the Vice President of Learning Experience for the benefits division of WEX, inc., Jess stepped out to work independently as the owner and chief consultant for Learning Business Advisor Consulting. She specializes in helping L&D leaders and teams to stop taking orders and start working more strategically, intentionally, and with measurable impact.
Jess holds a M.S. in Educational Leadership and a B.A. in Organizational Communication. She currently volunteers as a National Advisor for Chapters for the Association of Talent Development.
