Microlearning is very appealing to today's modern workplace, where convenience and ease of information access is the priority. The demand for learning on the go is rising, as busy corporate learners need to receive just-in-time information at their own convenient pace. Microlearning on the go has the potential to make learning more powerful to the worker and a natural part of the modern learning workplace culture. It is fast, mobile, and can be accessed and created using smartphones and other mobile devices as schedules permit. In this session, you'll learn how to use a microlearning framework template to create and fold microlearning content into the workplace. This session was recorded at the ATD 2019 TechKnowledge conference in West Palm Beach, Florida.
