Change is often dealt with reactively, but the most effective solution is to proactively help employees build the skill of resilience. With resilience, they will have the skills to counter energy lost during change. This session examines the impact change has on employees' energy, explores signs of low energy, and provides strategies to build resilience and re-engage energy in times of change.
