We’ve all heard the phrase “Think outside the box.” But before we can expand our impact, we must first understand the box we’re already in.
In this 90-minute interactive session, Chapter Leaders will explore how to use ATD’s Talent Development Capability Model to “build better boxes”—for their Chapters, Boards, and themselves. Through guided reflection, discussion, and hands-on engagement with The Box Experience, participants will examine how clarity, collaboration, and capability alignment can drive chapter success.
This session marks the beginning of a larger journey—one that can evolve into sustained board development, strategic planning, and leadership growth. Whether your goal is to strengthen team alignment, inspire innovation, or map your chapter’s future, this session will help you see what’s inside, outside, and beyond your Box.

Jazmin Webster, Curator of Quality Experiences, is a learning and development leader known for transforming complex training challenges into engaging, human-centered learning experiences. She combines her nearly 20 years in the field with her background in science, education, Gamified Learning certification, and credentials as an Innogreat BOX™ Certified Facilitator. Jazmin brings a unique blend of scientific thinking, creative problem-solving, and facilitation expertise to every initiative.
As an ATD Chapter leader, she is a passionate champion of professional community, volunteer leadership, and elevating the practice of talent development. Her experiences in chapter leadership fuels her commitment to building spaces where practitioners can grow, experiment, and connect. Jazmin crafts experiences that spark motivation, improve retention, and drive meaningful behavior change. She specializes in creating innovative training and leadership development programs that help individuals strengthen their capabilities and teams work more effectively.
Whether guiding groups through collaborative problem-solving, facilitating immersive workshops, or mentoring emerging leaders, Jazmin brings curiosity, clarity, and contagious energy to everything she does. Her mission is simple: to curate quality experiences that help people and organizations thrive.
Beneath the Box, Artrell Williams helps talent development professionals examine the assumptions, constraints, and systems that shape how learning shows up at work. With 14 years of active involvement in the Association for Talent Development (ATD), he brings deep perspective shaped by practice, service, and community. He is an ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), an ATD Master Trainer, as well as a Gamification Master Craftsman, globally recognized for designing learning experiences that move beyond theory into meaningful, real-world application.
Artrell has served in ATD chapter leadership roles for the past three years and currently holds the role of Vice President of Partnerships for the ATD South Carolina Chapter, where he focuses on strengthening strategic relationships, expanding member value, and elevating chapter programming. He is the Founder and Chief Learning Partner of Mukeva Learning Partners, LLC, where he designs engaging learning experiences that elevate leadership performance while helping organizations rethink capability, constraints, and growth—principles central to The Box experience.
