Have you ever met a person that genuinely loves to experience all that life has to offer so that they can share those experiences with others? That's Artrell Williams. He looks for the learning everywhere he goes so that he can use that material to relate to and engage with his audiences.
With over 15 years of L&D experience, Artrell is an independent Learning and Development Consultant. Until earlier this year, he led the training organization for the North American Operations of a global tire manufacturer. He volunteers as an on-air personality for his area's public broadcasting station and is on the boards of the Community Music School of Buffalo and his local Chapter of the Association for Talent Development. He is also a perennial participant in Buffalo's Funniest Person amateur stand up comedy competition.
Jazmin Webster prides herself in being a life-long learner. With nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Jazmin has designed training programs, developed training strategies for global execution, and been an essential partner in driving organizational strategy. Pursuing both science and education, Jazmin holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, and a Master's degree in Education from Ashford University, specializing in Instructional Design and Assessment & Measurement. She continued her coursework with Capella University's Ph.D program specializing in Training and Performance Improvement, reaching all but dissertation status. Jazmin's motto: "Be better." She lives in the spirit of continuous improvement, believing there is always a way to improve if you stay positive and reflect on what lessons can be learned from every situation, connecting those lessons with the elements of life.
