Tuesday morning, ATD President and CEO Tony Bingham announced the BEST Award-winning companies that earned the highest rankings among the group of 53 . Taking the number 1 spot is Turkcell, a telecommunication and technology services provider based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Also during the awards presentation, ATD recognized Pat McLagan, CEO of McLagan International, for lifetime achievement. As part of the association’s Advancing Talent Development Awards program, the Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an individual whose commitment to TD, thought leadership, and influence on the field is evidenced over the course of a career.
