How have your experiences in compliance training shaped the best practices you shared?

Before I knew there was a name for adult learning theory— andragogy —I discovered some of the best practices through trial and error as I would try to develop compliance training. I learned about educational psychology and the scientific study of these principles as I completed a master’s degree in education.

Effective compliance programs recognize training as a key component. I foresee compliance professionals seeking out formal training in becoming better trainers and educators. Principles of good education can be taught, learned, and practiced!

I was impressed with the amount of formal review through various stages of book development. There is a lot going on other than just authors writing their content.
