Welcome to the premiere issue of CTDO magazine, the Association for Talent Development's (ATD) new offering created specifically for chief talent development officers and other C-suite leaders whose responsibility includes leading the talent development efforts in their organizations. CTDO is the flagship offering for our community of practice focused on the needs and interests of senior leaders and executives.
