Technology will continue to advance quickly and evolve the way work is done. That's exciting, but we must be ready to evolve with it. Leveraging AI will be game changing for the future of talent development. We have access to insights to help us personalize development. Basic information about our colleagues—such as business, role, skills, time in role, technologies they access, and assessments—helps us to infer what skills they require, how they like to learn, and when they need to learn it. AI enables us to personally curate needed and desired content to each individual's user interface.
