Four in 10 workers’ core skills will change by 2030, say employer respondents to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 . Artificial intelligence and big data top the list as the fastest-growing skills, followed closely by networks and cybersecurity and technological literacy. But with demand for the skills exceeding supply, the skills gap is expanding into a canyon.
