Is Coaching Worth It?

For organizations, coaching leads to lower turnover rates and increased productivity. For employees, coaching increases skills, performance, job satisfaction, and engagement.

The practice, however, is a costly investment. In fact, research from ICF Global Coaching predicted that the global coaching industry reached $4.5 billion in 2024. Many companies question whether the benefits outweigh the expense and effort.
