A vast majority of organizations have undergone change in the past several years, according to participants in the Association for Talent Development's latest research report, Change Enablement: Skills for Addressing Change. Although 92 percent of respondents reported that their organization underwent a change in the past three years, only 19 percent indicated that their organization's workforce was highly effective at addressing change. Given the ubiquity of change, it's surprising that people and organizations aren't better at managing it.
