"We need to show up "as business partners, not as helpers," she continues in the report from the Association for Talent Development, which surveyed 277 TD professionals. Yet, just 30 percent of respondents said they are "good" or "excellent" at using learning program data to make business decisions, and 28 percent said they were proficient in communicating the impact of learning programs to external stakeholders.
