For decades, the TD function has struggled to find the perfect metrics to show the impact of our contributions. At a time when ATD research shows that most execs are very happy with their TD function, perhaps it's time to consider measuring for an entirely different purpose—INSIGHT. Jenny Dearborn's forthcoming book, The Insight-Driven Leader , delves into how organizations can harness data to drive meaningful business outcomes. In this session, we’ll explore how organizations can intentionally foster a culture of insight, what measurement looks like in this context, and how to shape the mindsets and behaviors that sustain it.
