Throughout the course, you’ll complete hands-on practice scenarios to build your skills in advanced prompting, assistant-workflow design, AI-agent blueprint development, knowledge-base setup, and output testing. You’ll leave the workshop equipped with your own functional AI assistant, designed to streamline your work.

Access to an artificial intelligence large language model (LLM) on your computer is required for this course. Access must include the platform's custom agent creation features, such as GPTs in ChatGPT, Gems in Gemini, or Agents in Microsoft Copilot. Acceptable tools include ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity. A personal account or trial version of any tool is acceptable. If you’ll be using an employer-provided laptop, please ensure you can access both the tool and the custom agent features.
