ATD Skill Tracker

Compare your skills against the ATD Competency Model
Welcome to the ATD Skill Tracker
With the release of ATD's new Talent Development Capability Model, the Skill Tracker self-assessment is being retired. Skill Tracker is based on the ATD Competency Model that was first adopted in 2013 and thus will no longer represent the most recent knowledge in the field.

The self-assessment tool will continue to be available until January 8, 2020, when the new Talent Development Capability Model will be released to the general public. If you have completed a self-assessment between April 1, 2017, and January 8, 2020, you may print or download your assessment and personalized learning plan until January 30, 2020. For more information about saving your assessment, please download this job aid.

What about the practice tests? If you are using the Skill Tracker platform to access the ATD practice tests for the CPLP or APTD credential, the practice tests will remain on the Skill Tracker platform until June 30, 2020. For more information about how to use the ATD practice tests, download these detailed instructions.
