Two-thirds of employers intend to enforce RTO mandates by the end of 2026.

Four years after companies moved work online to comply with pandemic stay-at-home orders, the question of when and how employees will return to the office is still up for debate. Although policies and perceptions vary across industries and organizations, recent studies reveal that the majority of employers are preparing to return to the office despite employee concerns.
