I am a training professional with 16+ years experience in Instructional Design and Training delivery for both Instructor Led and eLearning formats. My design experience employs the ADDIE model.  

I have experience with project management for corporate-wide training plan implementation.  I also have experience as a technical writer using Infomap and Performance Support styles. 

Training & Development is something I am passionate about, I enjoy playing an important role in employees learning new skills for continued success in their positions and beyond.
