Joe Schiappa has spent 10 years as a facilitator and coach, which has included time within the sales, pharmaceutical, and entertainment industries, leading teams to develop their skills in communication, creative development, and working efficiently. His speciality is helping managers, sales teams, and new team members reach their goals in working together.

Joe often is involved with running managerial development for our major clients and has done ongoing management training that includes D&I and communication modules. He also frequently runs Go Larges for large audiences about change and creativity.

Joe’s work as a consultant and facilitator has been aided by his career in writing and performing. He has written for MTV, IFC, and YouTube Red. He has also trained with the Second City and has performed improv in hundreds of shows throughout the United States.
