ABOUT ME

I am the Senior Customer Liaison & Business Partner for the Federal Aviaton Administration (FAA) - Leadership and Learning Institute (FLLI).  In my current role, I lead the operation, promotion and growth of FLLI Fee-for-Service (FFS) program to customers inside and outside of FAA.  The FLLI FFS program offers learning and development solutions for purchase to power customer’s success.  My normal week includes conducting discovery meetings with customers to uncover their training needs, creating Statements of Work (SOWs) to identify their requirements, and serving as the primary point-of-contact to our customers and stakeholders to address their questions throughout the entire procurement, design, development, and delivery/execution process. 

The FFS program requires a team effort. I work closely with budget and procurement staff to prepare, process and maintain the FAA Inter-Agency Agreements (IAA) and all related procurement documents including SOW.  Once the work order is tasked, I partner with the Learning Services Contractor (LSC) to coordinate development, execution and delivery of the learning solutions.  Each week, my schedule consists of meetings with LSC and/or with customers to plan, design or discuss at least ten (10) concurrent projects at any given time.  My role is to make sure all projects are progressing as scheduled, LSC has what they need to do the job on time and on budget, and customers’ questions are answered and their concerns are quickly addressed.
