Stephen Wrench is the global training manager for the CE Passports Program at Vrbo. As such, he leads an inspirational team of L&D professionals to build and implement a continuing development framework for Customer Experience agents across the globe.

This is the culmination of over two decades dedicated to helping people discover and fulfil their potential through learning.

Stephen’s journey has taken him from Sydney to London via Hong Kong and Paris, and in his spare time he enjoys writing about his experiences along the way.
