Are you looking for the best ATD25 experience for talent development leaders? Look no further than the Talent Development Leader programming in Washington, DC. In its third year at ATD’s largest annual conference, the TDL Experience has more curated content, networking opportunities, and targeted solutions than ever before.

What to expect

The TDL Experience includes interactive Forum programming, a dedicated networking room, and 10 concurrent sessions designed specifically for current and aspiring TD leaders. You'll have the chance to meet other professionals in the field, exchange ideas, and learn the latest trends and innovations in talent development.

Forum sessions. ATD25 offers five sessions hosted by the ATD Forum, an exclusive organizational membership for senior talent development leaders, managers, and strategists.

Talent Development Leader Networking Room. Stop by Room 102 Monday through Wednesday to connect with other TD leaders. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or cold beverage in the afternoon. This space provides a quiet environment to reflect on what you’re learning and an opportunity to meet your peers. The room is open from 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and from 8–11 a.m. on Wednesday.

Facilitated networking sessions. Join these networking sessions for TD leaders in Room 102. Industry thought leaders will facilitate conversations around a hot topic in talent development, or present best practice case studies and solutions. Seating is limited. Here is a sample of some of these sessions.

• The Science of Great Teams: How to Create a Culture of Psychological Safety with Britt Andreatta: Tuesday, May 20 at 11:30 a.m.

• How to Succeed as a CLO: Discover the Essential Skills with Cathy Hoy and Robert Wagner: Wednesday, May 21 at 9:30 a.m.
