Institutional Subscribers

Institutional subscriptions to TD magazine (ISSN 2374-0663) and TD at Work (ISSN 2373-5570) are available in print and electronic formats.

Payment Information

Prepayment is required for all orders.
Checks or money orders should be made payable to: Association for Talent Development.
American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted via the ATD website or by calling our Customer Care team at 800.628.2783 (US) or 703.683.8100 (outside the US and Canada).

Do not send credit card information by email.
Payments for orders outside the US, including Canada, must be made by one of the following:
- Credit card
- Check drawn on a US bank and payable in US dollars
- ACH or wire transfer
Canadian institutions must add appropriate GST (goods and services tax) (#13245 8118 RT).

Back Volumes and Single Issues

Print back issues for the current and previous volumes may be obtained if copies are available. Contact us at 800.628.2783 (US) or 703.683.8100 (outside the US and Canada) or via email to [email protected] for additional information. Include the periodical title; month and year; and recipient's name, address, and daytime phone number.

Subscription Terms and Policies

- One-year subscriptions are valid for 12 months; two-year subscriptions are valid for 24 months. Subscriptions will be activated once full payment is received.
- Subscriptions begin on the date of payment. If payment is not received prior to the beginning of a volume year, back issues must be purchased separately.
- Please allow 4–6 weeks for first shipment of domestic orders and 12–16 weeks for international orders.
- Digital subscriptions do not provide perpetual access to the issues of a given subscription term.
- Online access is controlled via IP recognition.
- Institutional rates apply to any subscriptions ordered or paid for by libraries, schools, academic departments, government agencies, and businesses.
Subscription payments are nonrefundable.
- If claims are received within three months of publication date, issues lost in the mail or damaged will be replaced one time, free of charge.
- To claim a missing issue, email [email protected]. Include the customer’s name, address, the issue in question (publication title, month, and year), and your preferred contact information.
- ATD contacts subscribers via email when an issue is returned due to an undeliverable address, but our obligation to fulfill the subscription ends once 6 months have passed and we still do not have current information.
