People management and issue resolution has become a way of life. This skill has been acquired over the span of 15 years working within policies and guidelines of 3 different commercial banks. Thinking outside the box has become second nature to none. 

I am open-minded, independent, passionate about finding solutions to almost impossible challenges self-motivated with great Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.

In addition to what I  have also being able to transfer knowledge by  training and facilitation  on a freelance basis.
