He has more than 12 years of experience in retail, healthcare, and contact centers and excels in human resources and learning and development. In addition, he is SHL accredited for the British Psychological Society (BPS) Level 2 (personality) qualification.

Ahmed is skilled in designing and delivering a variety of programs, covering topics like strategy execution, technical and self-development, retail fundamentals, management and leadership, versatile communication, customer care, modern selling models, and conflict management. He has an extensive experience of more than 2,500 hours in learning delivery, utilizing various methods such as classroom, online, and blended learning to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
