I was born in Germany and spent my early childhood traveling throughout Europe. I moved to the US in 1992 and ended up going to Interior Design school in Tampa, Florida in 2003. I currently live with my husband, three daughters, and dog in Denver, CO. I've spent the last 8 years working for a non-profit healthcare provider. My role as an accidental trainer is always expanding and it is constantly challenging me. I love what I do!
