I am a learning and development professional at Oklahoma State University. I work alongside other facilitators to provide instructor-led classes for faculty and staff professional development. I enjoy working with extremely talented subject matter experts to collaborate and design e-learning modules. My passion is finding better ways to connect learners to the right training and development based on their responsibilities and goals within the organization.
