Through effective communication and the development of training materials I found my love for teaching others during my time as a Non-Commissioned Officer. The challenge of working with a diverse team, providing support and training, and building leaders is why I loved to wake up while in the Army. Combine that with a focus on creating a fair and equal work environment and you will understand what drives me to succeed.

I will forever be grateful for all of the traveling and exposure to different cultures and people the Army allowed me to experience. Now it is time to find stability and start to grow some roots within the community of Grand Rapids. I look forward to becoming a recognizable face instead of seeing co-workers come and go every year.
