ABOUT ME

After several years in the lab, I realized that I was not a lab guy and decided to take a job in sales with Du Pont. I held sales, sales management, product management and regulatory roles at several companies finally arriving at Waters in 1999. There, I was a successful sales rep achieving Presidents Cub twice. I subsequently moved into sales training and sales training management. After a brief stint at SCIEX, I was fortunate to move to Thermo Fisher Scientific as the director of the Global Sales Training Team (GSTT) for CMD. I am now at Azenta LIfe Sciences as the Director of Commercial Training.

I’m a father of four, ages 30, 17, and 2 at 14. as well as three rambunctious Labrador Retrievers. We live in a rural town in central Massachusetts. The house we own is on the historical register and known as the Anne Bassett home, it was built about 1800. The Bassetts were active in the anti-slavery movement and the house was a stop on the underground railroad for escaped slaves making their way to Canada. My hobby is preventing a 200-year-old house from falling down and making furniture.
