The HPI model or process delineates the connection between business goals, workplace performance, and business outcomes. It gives clarity to questions relating to root causes of performance issues. Not every performance problem needs a training solution. The HPI model taught in this course will give you the opportunity to develop your systems thinking capability and provide additional tools to use in helping business leaders identify, address, and solve performance issues.
