Sharon is one of a select group of ATD Training Certificate Program facilitators, and is frequently called on to facilitate customized in-house train-the-trainer programs. She has facilitated learning on four continents and in 18 countries. She was specifically chosen to deliver programs in India and Egypt, as well as at ATD International Conference workshops, due to her cross-cultural experience and ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with people from around the world.
